REALEYES is a specialist for eye surgery and laser eye treatments – 23 times in and around Munich. In addition to the eye clinic on Theresienhöhe, REALEYES offers patients comprehensive consultation and treatment services in 20 affiliated ophthalmology practices and at two surgery locations.
An overview of our collaboration
- Since 2019, we have been providing the campaign management for REALEYES, from strategy development to media planning and buying up to the implementation.
- A cross-media performance campaign in various genres was created in order to reach the heterogeneous target group in the best possible way and to communicate REALEYES’ health offers efficiently.
- The centrepiece was a dominant radio presence in the target area until 2021. The catchy spot ran on Munich’s local radio stations with the highest target audience affinity.
- In the online area, the focus lay on search engine advertising (SEA), social media adverts (Facebook & Instagram) and display advertising in order to convert the target persons activated via radio and other relevant target audience online.
- With success: the conversion rate increased by 31 percent in 2021 compared to 2020, while the costs per conversion fell by 24 percent.
In 2022, REALEYES will once again rely on a strong online presence to reach patients efficiently and make the most of the budget. We will continue to consistently manage SEA, display and social media campaigns with an increased media budget. The geographic area of the social media campaigns has been expanded: from now on, the relevant target audience in Austria will also be increasingly addressed.
